Help!

So today my ETC lgiht came on and went off.. then it came on with the traction light as well and I had no power. I pulled over and turned the car off and back on again and then it just wouldn't go above 15 mph. What is wrong with this car. I have had nothing but problems with this jeep 2008 2.0 with 84,000 miles. I did just make it before the extended service contract expired. Will this issue be covered?? Please help!!

I can't say if it will be covered, but it sounds like your car "thinks" it is experiencing wheel slip and cutting power to the engine. If it does it again, turn the ESP off and see if it will work normally. The button is down next to the hazard light switch marked ESP. (just in case you didn't know) At least if that works, you can drive the car. It will not power down to help you correct a skid on snow or ice, but it will work normally otherwise.
