AUGUST PATRIOT OF THE MONTH SUBMISSION THREAD!

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The contest of contests will be open for submissions from now until 12:00pm (Noonish) Central time on August 25th or when we reach 25 total entries.

To submit your Patriot for Patriot of the Month all you have to do is post a pic of your Patriot here in this thread. You may only post pics of your own Patriot. Previous winners may re-submit, however you can’t use the same picture. Maximum 3 photos per entry (or you won't be added to the poll).

When we reach 25 entries or reach August 25th (whichever comes first), a poll will be added containing the entered submissions until the end of the month. All members are asked to vote on their favorite. The person with the most votes at the end of the month will be the winner for the month of August!

PLEASE READ, WE HAVE ADDED TO THE RULES
To submit photos for POTM, you have to have 50 posts before the 25th. Of these 50 posts, 15 of these posts must be within the last 30 calendar days and majority cannot be from POTM threads.
These post have to be quality and add to the discussions throughout the forum and not just an attempt to try to reach the post count.

This is not to discourage new members from posting, but to encourage people to participate in the forum and be active members of the community.

The incredible prizes:

1. The August 2015 Patriot of the Month Winner will be featured on the homepage during the month of September.

2. A custom one of a kind decal with the month and year to forever commemorate your reign as Patriot of the Month (Thanks Creation!!!)

As much as I'd like to enter again, I don't exactly have new pics, and my wifi isn't currently working (also explaining why I'm not on here much lately.)

So it's pretty stock but as the Adventure Thread shows, I've already gone and done things with it that I wasn't able to do with a sedan.....which is the main reason I got it.

2015 Jeep Patriot Sport 4x4 with the All Weather Package (wheel/tire upgrade, tow hooks, etc).

A lot of silver.

The 14 mile road out to the Area 51 gate.

Cool pics. Didn't anybody outside the SGC and CIA knew where area 51 is. Could be a cool area to see sometime, would ya mind giving a poor nerd an area to look in?

If you go to my thread in the adventure thread I have more pictures from that trip including a map capture showing how close I got when I arrived at the gate. It's the middle of nowhere which is saying something in Nevada.

Is the Patriot a Luxury Supercar?

No.

But can I embark on a 5-hour long drive just to park a Patriot in front of a historic brick building, that years ago was used to restore pre-ww2 European vehicles and which has a hand-painted luxury supercar logo on it?

Yes.

Black and white really makes this look slick.

And one last one

Its a really neat looking building, and lately has been a "mecca" of sorts for fellow car enthusiasts in the state. (A supercar photoshoot can be seen here: http://www.alexbellusphoto.com/blog/100)

As an added bonus (obviously not part of my competition submission) I also recently made the trip a second time, just to take pictures of my other baby :p
