It is quite cold out and I was driving with my heater on when I started smelling a burning plastic/chlorine smell. When it became REALLY strong I turned off the heater. When I went to check it again about 10 min later there was no air coming from the vents anymore. If you listen carefully, you can hear the vents signal to turn on, but nothing happens.... Any ideas anyone??

Maybe the electric blower burned up and that was the smell? You can look right in on the fan itself if you empty out your glove box then pull the two bump stops in to let it hinge all the way down towards the floor (Check out Joebeckers post with pictures here). Then if you look in the opening, you'll see a removable door for the cabin air filter. Pop that off and have a look inside. Turn on the fan and see if it's spinning.
