I’m looking at a 2014 Jeep Patriot Sport 2WD. With 66k miles on it from car max. Carfax is showing no wrecks or damages. Could be This A dependable vehicle ??? Please any comments pertaining to this message would help.

Hi, welcome!

If it's been well maintained, then it could be a dependable vehicle. Ask about service records. If you're not mechanically inclined, you may want to have a knowledgeable trustworthy shop do an inspection.

I don't know if it has the 6 speed automatic or the CVT, but if it has the CVT then it's due for it's first transmission service (fluid and both filters) if it hasn't been done.

What Sandstone said, plus the suspension is a known weak point on Chrysler vehicles, and the spark plugs may need replaced as the factory copper plugs are only good for about 30k miles.
