If you are just replacing the struts and reusing your original springs, I'd recommend getting new upper strut mounts, but also a new top spring plate. You have to buy the spring plate separate from the mount. When I did my STUs lift springs, I had reused my factory spring plate and just this year it had rusted so badly that the rust ground my upper strut bearing to dust. It's just a steel plate and rubber insulator but if yours are as bad as mine were, you'll appreciate the extra $20 spent. If you are just doing any of the complete/quick-strut assemblies, you won't need to worry about it.
