Radio installation

Planning to install a new radio in my 2009 patriot. Doesn't have steering controls or an amp. (at least I don't think it has an amp) do I still need this?

If you don't have steering wheel controls you don't need this, but you will need a low speed CanBus box in your wiring harness.

MODS=Remote start.Chrome grill inserts & door handles, Chrome mirror covers, headlight & tail light trim. 2 din radio with DVD, navigation and back up cam. Curt Trailer hitch, Oil cooler & trailer light wire harness. Parking sensors. Automatic headlights.Dash cam. Rear 12v power outlets. 120 AC 800w power inverter.

Or go to crutchfield.com and tell them what radio and what vehicle, they can tell you what you need.
