My Stereo Build

I've completed the stereo build in my '16 Patriot.

Pioneer DEH-X9600BT head unit

4 JBL GX963 6x9's

2 Skar VVXv3 12's in a sealed box

Everything is powered by a B^2 6-channel amp, the Rage 1200.6, which is brand new to the market and has a built in 24dB/oct crossover

The 4 6x9's are powered by channels 1-4 and channels 5+6 are bridged to give 640W total to both subs.

Sounds fantastic.

Be interested to know the current draw with everything cranked up...

I'm sure it is high, but nowhere near the limits of the stock electrical. I have no voltage drop/light dimming issues with everything cranked.

The only modification I had to make was drill a small hole to the inner fender well to place a grommet to allow 4GA power wire to go through.

Here's a quick video showing how much bass I have. Both 12's are in a sealed box, I'm not into ported boxes personally.

I'll try to upload some sound quality demos. Michael Jackson's thriller is a great choice!
