I have a 2017 2x4 2.0L Patriot 62k miles
Driving down the freeway the other day the check engine light came on. Other then the Light coming on the car is behaving perfectly normal. Cruise, acceleration, idle...all seem fine.
I took it to a local O Relies and pulled the following code.
P0010
INTAKE (A) Camshaft Position Actuator Circuit /Open (Bank 1)
PERMANENT
I did clear the code, hoping that since I wasn't experiencing and symptoms that maybe it was a fluke but within 10 miles of driving the engine light came back on and the code is back.
Ive done a search here on the forum but it seems another experiencing Camshaft Position Sensor failures also exhibit some really bad performance, mine is driving perfectly fine. Any suggestions, New Sensor?
Also anyone know where the sensor is located on the 2.0L?
