It looks ever so similar to something that we see on our roads in the U.K., but I can't think what. Something by Nissan or Mitsubishi, something along those lines. It's probably designed in Japan and made under some licensing franchise in Russia or Belarus.
By the way, Belarus is, according to official international figures, one of the worst places on the planet to live. They still have a sort of Brezhnev communist type of dictatorship, their money is almost worthless and in "quality of life" terms they're about twelve points up on North Korea.

Home designed Russian 4x4 . They have just had a change of gearbox to a S Korean one , as the home produced Russian one was crap & didnt work.. It sells for about $15,000 US & apparently as much fun as Herpes !!!
