Just curious as to how many members would be in the Southern Ontario area. I see a lot of Patriots, and always wonder who has found this fountain of information on our gem of a vehicle.

Me too! I'm in the 401 & DVP area.
How did you install your fog lights, and you mud guards? Did a dealer do it, or did you do it yourself? How much?
I just picked mine up last week, and want to do the same! I already have the stubby antenna!!

me too... located in Scarborough (McCowan/Eglinton).
got my Pat 2 weeks ago.

was able to break-in the drive train in a week then took it for a road trip to Buffalo during the long weekend to pick up some stuff at my U.S. mailbox.

Very comfortable ride for road trips. Now i have to find some mild off-road terrain :)

I am in Waterloo, ON. I bought used from a dealer, with 24000kms.
I've been having some fun with it off-road (carefully) in Muskoka (flat rock - Canadian Shield - scuffed some undercoating off of the frame rails). I also found an open sandpit up there and had some fun. I haven't tried anything more daring, or hill-climbing as I don't have skid plates or front tow points.

I plan to black out my muffler, add the cargot nets, and possibly later add tow hooks (cutting front fascia), and skid plates.

Anyone in Southern Ontario found some place to drive off-road that they can email or PM me? Most appreciated.

I live in Scarborough and work in Richmond Hill. I probably see an average of 3-5 Patriots a day during my daily commute.

haha, thats like me. Look for me in Richmond Hill / Scarborough... I'm the guy who leaves his bike rack attached and locked to my hitch everyday!

Mississauga.

I came out of a restaurant and went to unlock my jeep but it didn't work. After some headscratching I see MY jeep parked a couple spaces over, exact colour, stock rims, north edition. I did notice he didn't black out his muffler. tsk tsk.

live in brampton, airport/bovaird area. also see a lot of pats but most of them have no mods done to them, such as lights or a blacked out muffler

I'm down in Mississauga. I see plenty around here. I live in Cooksville and work in Port Credit. The Patriot is really catching on.
I'd love to see some get lifted and done up nice but it looks like most are just a mode of transportation. Well once I get mine expect to see some Jeep Patriot Porn coming from my corner.
Cheers

I'm in Woodstock (just moved here from Waterloo)
We got ours in Waterloo at Bustards, had such a good experience there the inlaws bought their van there shortly after!

I see a lot of Patriots on the road too (I drive to and from Conestoga Guelph every day), however I am starting to feel like the only FDII on the road, because it seems like no other Patriots have tow hooks or trail rated badges.

GTP_MuNkY, I'll be converting my Patriot FD1 to an FD1.5 ;-)
Skid plates are on, and just need some time to cut the bumper and mount the tow hooks.

Anyone found a place to ride in/around Kitchener/Waterloo/Cambridge? PM Me.
