How can we improve Patriot of the Month???
Okay I get that TJN but how would we regulate that without stepping on toes? You can't really unless you somehow lock the thread to anyone without 50-100 posts?

If there is a cooldown, I think a month, maybe two. A year would be overkill.

I dunno...
With all of the participation we're having it's less likely that we will have repeat winners. If we do that person really must have put in some work to make it happen. Then again I'm not against a "cool down period". Prefer to keep it to consecutive months though. That way we wouldn't have the same winner 2 months in a row, but we wouldn't lose that member's interest in submitting pics for the 2nd month after a win. Also I feel like the multi vote thing might make people feel better because they got more votes... BUT the person with the most votes would still be the winner same as now... and there is no 2nd/3rd place for POTM.

Well the only way I can think is to place your vote for the first vote and then PM a mod for a second vote for us to add it. It's the only way to vote twice. Only one mod could be designated..
IMO you should only get one vote. If you choose to vote for yourself that's great, but more than one vote seems pointless. Id also agree that the winner shouldn't post in the next month. Sent from AutoGuide.com App

I hate how all the pictures arent on 1 page or nowhere near it,
After all submissions are in I think a new thread should be started and the name next to the pic should be posted than when chosing the candidate the pic would be right there.

I think we need to acknowledge 2nd and third place winners, eventhough they win nothing physical! Every contest has a second and 3rd place. No more 2nd and 3rd place ties.
