PPiekarski, they look good. I am still wondering if to get the muds guards or not. The ones you have look like the molded deluxe ones.

So far I have really enjoy the standard/3M tape ones, they are functional and easy to install (and look good). I am still not sure about getting deluxe molded guards, cause of clearance issues..although I really don't do any trails.

I'm sad mine have to sit in the basement until warmer weather in the spring for installation.

BondiBlue, you are referring to the mud guards or ventivisors? If you are talking about the visors, when I installed my it was already pretty cold, I did it inside garage and 3M stuck without problems.

The visors. I also have the bug deflector and rear air deflector to install as well. It's -1 right now, a little too cold me thinks.

Lemme know if the hood bug deflector works well or not. My windshield is a damn bug magnet but I don't wanna get that unless it seriously works.

I'd say the bug deflector works but you still get bugs on the windshield just less of them.

^ I'd take TJN's review since it could be many months before I have one as I rarely take my Jeep on the highway up to speeds that would actually accumulate bugs. I got the thing purely for aesthetics.

Good to know thank's guys. I'm still wishy-washy then on whether or not I wanna get one. I'll talk to my Dad and see if it'd be a good investment cause he's always bought them for every truck he's owned for the last 10 years or so.

Window vent visors picture thread

I had exterior stick-on vent visors. Nice quality 3M adhesive and they lasted several years. However, once they finally came unglued, they took the paint off with them. Where it had not, the paint was darker than the rest of the paint that had faded over the years.
So, then it became a lifetime commitment. Stick on's forever to conceal the damage below.
In channel is all I and my father use now. No more worries of damage or fade differences.
Either look fine to me though.
