I last heard that the finance rate was at 6.9% with a $300 gas credit. Apparently the new incentives come out today. Has anybody heard what it is? I would definitely like to see a lower interest rate.

been checking the chryslerfinancial website. no update yet :S

and i don't like how they call 6.9% an incentive.... its not in the new car business. lol

gimme a credit card at 6.9 or an unsecured line of credit, but not a new car loan heh.

I checked jeep.com earlier (even though I already have my PAT and it won't do me any good) and there are no new incentives...a local dealer might offer incentives though.

I heard it is still 6.9%!

It is too bad because I can get a Ford Escape at 1.9% right now... and it seems like the smart money is on that. End up being able to get 4K more of a vehicle for the same price.

That is the problem with a brand new vehicle like the Patriot. I looked at buying a Commander which had $3,000 cash back. I also saw incentives on the Liberty as well. I guess what it comes down to is what vehicle brings you to the dealership. I had been waiting for a vehicle like the Patriot to come out for a few years now. When I finally saw it at the dealership, and drove it a few times, I knew it was the only vehicle I wanted.

I did the Finance Plus (baloon payment) at 6.7 percent fpr 48 months. Couldn't wait! Figure I will just pay it off adter 4 years in 1 shot.

Didn't want to wait for months to have an order filled, so I bought my Patriot at the dealer,(showroom model). My option was Line of credit at 1% above prime or Chrysler financing, (which is now fully open - can be paid off anytime without penalty. The only incentive was the free 51 litres of fuel which was on the sticker of my Patriot, but not in the dealer's software which still had a $35.00 charge for fuel. The dealer ended up charging the $35 and taking it off elsewhere. The dealer had some flexibilty with the undercoating/rust-proofing and extended warranty charges (which I extended to 5 years bumper to bumper for 5 trs/100K. The dealer was motivated last week because of the then pending sale of Chrysler.

With orders starting in now 11 days for the Patriot 08's,, do you think there will be any push to move 07's off lots?

It still is May 2007! The incentives for moving a 2007 will come in November.....if there any are left at that time. :D

I dont know. I've seen incentives starting already.

That being said, I was really referring to Chryslers really lame financing rates of 6.9%
