Hello all. New member here. Also, I am picking up my new Jeep Patriot tomorrow. I got the 4x4 Limited Model in bright Silver. Tomorrow will be a long day at work! I am trading in my 99 Cherokee Sport. Sorry to see that go, but I am excited about the Patriot and the better gas mileage it brings.

Welcome...I'm in upstate NY...The dealer is telling me April 2nd for a ship date for me...Not much longer now...I got bright silver as well...Let me know what you think of the color when you see it, in person and how the paint job looks...some older posts have suggested that some of the paint jobs particularly black have not been up to par. Better yet post a pic...

I picked up my Patriot tonight. Snowpatriot, I think the Silver color looks great. I think you will love yours. Actually, I didn't have to wait to get mine at all. The dealership had this one on the lot unclaimed. Turns out, it is the exact color and trimline that I wanted. I guess I got lucky in that respect. I will try and have a few pics to place very soon.

Got one in silver also...Paint job leaves something to be desired..Outside is nice because of the 3-4 coats of clear, but open the hood and the inside looks like it was sprayed with aluminum radiator paint. The rest of the engine compartment, etc. is the same flat looking paint job. Someone had to readjust the rear hatch hinge because it was "rubbing" when you opened it up and there is NOT much paint on the 2 bolts that hold the hinge on.Paint had flaked off and bolts were in the white. ( no paint ).. Make sure you check the rear hatch for alignment !! Awaiting some touch up paint from dealer before the rust starts....

Yikes...that doesn't sound good...you might want to get yourself a can of black undercoating from the local hardware store and spray some around areas like that as well (make sure to cover up all exterior paint areas so that overspray does not hit it)

I should be able to pick up my 4 x 4 limited, Jeep Green, this weekend hopefully! My dealer isn't exactly sure what day it will come in, Monday by the latest, but I live in NYC and dealer is in Philly--make sme have to wait another week to get it!

So, how's the driving? Did you get the CVT or the Manual? I am dying for mine to come in! I was seriously one of the 1st people to place an order in January, but my jeep build date got pushed back because they dealer didn't have room on the lot to receive it! Killed me!
