Hi everyone, I just ordered my new Jeep Patriot this week. Up here in Canada, the models offered seem to be a bit different from down in the states. We have 3 models to select from: Sport, North and the limited. And all tree offer 2WD or 4WD. The options offered in each model can be chosen and match differently up here.

My Patriot will be delivered in 8 weeks!!!!! After chosing my options and color, the end result package is 25e.

I can't wait to get out and drive around with my wife, baby boy (8 months now) and two big golden retrievers (you can see why we chose the new cloth interior tapistry...hi hi hi).

I just purchased my Patriot few days ago as well and I'm very please with this handsome vehicle as well.Funny thing is that we wouldn't have purchased a new car this year but I'm planing to visit Quebec again this summer.I live in Toronto and we will travel to Godbout take the ferry go over to Perce and on to P.E.I.

Thanks, hope to see you on the road this summer. For you information, there's also a ferry from Forestville (160 KM before Godbout) to Rimouski. Go to traversier.com for the schedule. It's nice and really fast (1 hour).

Hi all, I just got the news that my Patriot is code BX at the belverdere plant!!!

So, I believe that code BX means that order was recieve and processed at the plant and is schedueled to be built soon?

I hope your wait time is less than mine. This is week 5 for me and I believe frosty is now on week 7.

I am starting week 3 here in Waterloo, for what will hopefully be a short wait.

The dealer had 1 or 2, a few weeks ago, but sold them off and has not gotten anymore in.

Almost halfway through week 2 for me, apparently my status is "under final review before approval to be manufactured" and I can get an estimated ship date starting next week.

I'm in week 6 and getting frustrated, I've been in d1 for a long, long time. I heard rumors about delays to your Patriot if you ordered the GPS or the option seat mounted side airbags? Does anyone know if this is true? I can't understand why the GPS would slow thing down...same unit they've been using for a long time!

I know the seat mounted side airbags did not start production until the second week of March...and thus was a late availability option...not sure if GPS was late availability too...

...however, I did not order either of these options and I'm still waiting....but I think Canadian orders are behind U.S. given that the Pat is made there and was introduced much earlier there than in Canada...

Update: My Pat has been shipped....currently KZL status...probably arrive at dealer next week....

I tried calling the candian 1-800 but they do not have access to the order status of ordered vehicules. I was told to call my dealer. So I did. I tried calling the US 1-800 but I don't have my VIN number yet. I'll try when I get it.

If it makes you feel better or worse, I don't know, but I waited 10 weeks! I picked up my 4x4 LTD this past Saturday and was very happy that it didn't disappoint my expectations after that incredibly long wait.

There was a reason for my wait though--I should have had it in Feb. but the dealer didn't have room on the lot to receive it, so it got pushed back to D status for a couple of weeks until they had the room. Once it left D-1 though, it was shipping within days!
