Hello..

I've traded in my F150 4X4 looking for a few key factors. Reliability, Fuel economy, Price and Space. So I landed a 2011 Patriot 4X2 5 spd. This is my first brand new car. At just under $19k after everything, it was hard to toss up. And the warranty is great. That being said, I'm not looking for anything to void it! Has anyone thrown on some of the larger rims without toying with the suspension ..and possibly have photos? Like 18"+? Thanks!

If you go under the Suspension section, or Exterior section, and do a search, you'll find multiple threads showcasing 20 or 22 inch wheels. It doesn't void the warranty, but putting on bigger tires causes your odometer and speedometer to become inaccurate, which can then void your warranty. You need to call your local dealership and see if they can "reprogram" your computer to compensate for the different tires.

From what I've been told, up to about 28 inches in diameter (tire size) is doable. I won't know until this week. I have an appointment with my dealership for this very thing.
