Does anyone have information on where the U-Connect components are located in the Patriot. Where is the microphone, the activation button, volume control, etc. Any one with pictures?

I think the micophone is in the rearview mirror and the activation button is on the radio or the center bezel switch pack?

I think the activation switch is onthe rear view mirror. If you go to the patriot website and go to interior features and select uconnect, it shows the uconnect buttons on the rearview mirror.

Love eBay! Look at this listing from Omaha, and they have a close up of the Uconnect rearview mirror. Fourth row down, all the way to right.

Also, other pix there show the 9 speaker subwoofer/liftgate speakers, the Homelink garage door opener, the steering wheel audio buttons, and closeup of the 6 disc/MP3 player.

I was in a new Dodge Magnum the other day, and the owner had uconnect all integrated in the buttons on the rear view mirror. Very slick - the radio display shows the caller ID info and sound is loud and clear. If it's the same unit in the Patriot it will be well done.

What about this:

On the part's site it looks to be part #82210081

Enhanced UConnect Hands-Free System: includes control pad, microphone, module and wiring harness. UConnect utilizes Bluetooth technology which requires a Bluetooth Hands-Free Profile wireless phone. Shows call information on the radio display $299.00

Anyone seen or installed one of these?
