Google: Prentice Cooper WMA + 4x4 trails

Looking for some local off-road trails I have stumbled upon this place. Areas of the trails seem pretty extreme (searching YouTube etc.), but I have read that there are some easier trails. While I don't doubt the Patriot's ability off road, I do doubt mine lol.

Anyone familiar with this area? How hard is it to avoid the technical rocky bits?
