I first started looking for a new vehicle May of 2007. At that time I was driving a 12 year old Plymouth Neon! Needing something a bit larger to accommodate a new baby we started considering the Jeep Patriot.
A simple Google search lead me to JeepPatriot.com which provided us the information we needed.
The Patriot offered more space, it was safer, and there was a 4x4 model for those dumps of snow we get during the winter. Admittedly I am not a “offroader”, however wanted to keep my options open!
When we finally made a final decision in June of 2007we went to place the order, however availability meant a factory order was the only choice. We decided to wait a bit and order a 2008. November 27th, 2007 we received the new 2008 Patriot North.
So far it has almost 10,000km and I really enjoy the ride. We have taken it to the Rocky Mountains and it survived a cold Canadian winter.
I really enjoy the forum and feel it is very well managed providing a wealth of information to those who use it. I would like to take this opportunity to personally thank the moderators/administrators for all their hard work and the other forum contributors who made this site what it is.
Thank-you all….
