To do a standard picture you use the
Link to picture command
This command is provided by Photobucket when you view your album.
However to do thumbnails you must either have a thumbnail picture and a high-res pic or with photobucket they provided the thumbnail. You just have to know how to get it.
To get a thumbnail you would put a 'th_' in front of the picture name
example
http://smg.photobucket.com/albums/v506/DrugRunR/Jeep/th_DSC_0398.jpg
Which would give you the following
http://smg.photobucket.com/albums/v506/DrugRunR/Jeep/th_DSC_0398.jpg
That would give you just the thumbnail.
However thumbnails aren't good for anything when it comes to really looking at a picture. So you do a URL in the picture.
It is a little more time consuming, but it isn't that bad

Here is a example of a Click to HIGH RES picture
