Just ordered a 4x4 Patriot Sport today!!

I got the trail rated package (because I just couldn't do without it) and the "E" package for the sport (power windows, 60/40 rear seat, various other accoutrements). I also got the "yes" cloth seats and the allweather floor mats. Oh, and the tow prep group and green paint.

I am quite excited, . . .but I still have to wait.

Did the delaer just put you on a list of orders to send in, or is the factory taking orders for the off-road package now?

I got to see the "Daily News" that the dealer gets from Chrysler, and it said that Off Road packages are available now for order, so my order is processing now. In a few days, they'll let me know the time frame for the order.

just found out mine is finally back in D1 status--supposedly has a ship date of 3/14!!! I ordered it back in January, like the minute they were available for ordering, so I hope its status doesn't drop back again.

What are you hearing for time frame for an order? I have read anything from 17 days to waiting until August before they take delivery! Mine does not have the Off-Road package, which sounds like is the reason for some of the delays. The dealer is not a "5-Star" dealer, but they do sell a decent amount of units. The sooner the better!!!

I just heard a few days ago that my Patriot has an estimated ship date of 4/3. That would mean that it should get on the Train/Truck, whichever, that day and then I would get it a few days later (hopefully). (WooHoo!)
