I am looking into getting a 4x4, lowest cost Jeep Patriot. What would you all say is the bottom price of a dealer? Whats the lowest I can pay, especially for someone paying in Cash (IE no financing needed)

Remember dealers make money off financing. You can get a "better" deal sometimes if you finance through them. If you have the luxury of cash, just make sure there's no penalty for early payoff and pay it off.

The final amount I paid for my Patriot 4x4 Limited was $26,228.60, and that was with the green paint, heated leather seats, sun roof, 9 speaker system.

I paid $19.9k for my Green ($150 extra) Sport 4x4. I have the FDI (no temptation to take it off road that way), Power group, tinted windows, Heated Seats, Larger Spare tire and the 9 speaker stereo system.

$22K total for my Limited 4x4. Included: Green ($150), Cust. Preferred Pkg 26F ($515), Prem. floormats ($30), FDI ($1050), Eng. block heater ($35), Full-size spare ($560)

By going through Costco, I didn't have to haggle at all on the price. (I did have to wrangle a bit on the trade-in... 05 Scion xB, but they eventually gave me what I wanted)

I just ordered a 4x4 Sport Today with trail rated package (FDII) (green, of course) and the "E" sport package (power everything, 60/40 rear seat, etc.) I also got the "Yes" cloth seats. MSRP was 21,930 and I paid 20,700.

I got the LTD 4x4, FD I, Auto Trannie, Jeep Green (is there any other color), all the bells and whistles EXCEPT, 9-speaker system, premium floormats, 6-disc changer--paid about $24,700 (not including tax and tags). I am financing through my own credit union.

LTD 4x4, automatic, steel blue, nav/6 disc radio, 9 speaker system, sunroof, and driver convenience group -- about 25,775 (not including tax and tags)

I got my GREEN 4x4 sport Patriot for $19,400 with power locks & windows, keyless, fold flat front seat, 112v power, cruise, fog lamps, cross bars for my roof rack, AC, 6 disk, auto trans, floor mats, tinted windows, and removable flash light. Now is a great time to buy from the D/C group (as they lost a BILLION last QTR and are flush with inventory ---except for Patriots)
