they have 3 - 4 screw locations, one goes into the inner fender lip, while the others come up from the bottom. Not really a hard installation. I will inculde the screws as well. As for payment .. i would guess cash ... or money order ... or a trade part ... something along those lines.

Well I have $20 cash in my pocket right now I could conceal up real good in a bubble mailer and send your way. I would send it with a delivery confirmation number and everything so you know it's legit. I don't have anything to trade really nor do I have time to go to the store/bank to get a money order.
