Big Hi to all you Patriot owners. Just got mine 3 weeks ago and it's great. Nervesly took it out in the sand the other day and it did me proud. The only thing is i'm not getting the 6.7l/100 km that they stated, but i;m averaging around the 7.6 mark which is not too bad. If their are any new perth owners out there we should have a get together. (love my jeep)

Hi there mate,

Welcom to the club. I've had mine now for almost 6 weeks with 3500km on the clock now.

I'm getting about 6.2L/100km.
That is from Port kennedy to Nth Fremantle each day. So it is a good run without any stops.
I have found the CRD that it is very easy to get it to 8.0L/100KM but it takes forever to drop down.
Say if it was showing 8.0L/100KM on the OBC each way from home to work it drops by 0.1L/100KM. Takes me about 5 days driving to get back down to the 6's.

Where about are you in Perth?

Hi mate,

I live up here in High Wycombe.
Thanks for the info, i'm wondering by resetting OBC after filling up each time makes a difference.
Anyhow enough of the Economy ****... I recon the Patriot is a great car and looks **** HOT.
We will have to catch up one day to let the JEEPS play.
I had a look at the UK site and you can get chrome inserts for the grill.....

your engine is still brand new.

I didn't start getting my best economy until about 5000km on the clock.

congrats on the jeep !!

I've noticed exactly the same thing.
