This is starting to tick me off! When the FJ Cruiser was coming out, you could find a new article everyday just by doing a Google news search. Jeep isn't updating their website, they aren't releasing any news, there isn't even any pre-production test drives going on. This is brutal!

Jeep has done the same thing with the Compass. They put the Compass on their website when it was announced. Then the pricing was eventually released after a couple of months. So if the Patriot and new Wranglers follow suit, I wouldnt expect to hear any more information until August or Sept.

On a side note, I think I have decided that I am not going to get the Patriot anymore. I think I am just going to put a lift on my 93 Grand Cherokee and beat it on the trails. I'll get a cheap fuel-efficient dd like a civic or corolla. Still not 100% about this as I still need to research insurance costs for it.

I understand our frustration completely. I, too, keep searching for any news or update... the wait is not good. I don't understand the reasoning behind hoolding the info this tightly. Rather than building excitment it seems like it is letting the enthusiasm dry up. Ya gotta keep fanning the flame to get a fire started.
