good thing i found this forum to occupy my last two hours of work before i head up to the dealership to do my first test drive.

got to check out the patriot at the philly auto show... initial opinions/expectations are high!

the only drawback on the patriot: my gf has a compass. what a cliched couple we will be.

I test drove one two week;s ago.trying to feel that slip in the trans when stepping on the gas.I had read about.veh.felt fine.only drove for a short distence one or two mile;s should have taken it out on the e way but we were having our usual typical chicago snow storm this was a 2wd.so far that trans is the only neg. Ihave heard.let me know about the shift at higher r.p.m
