Turns out H&R makes a kit of lowering springs to lower the Patriot 1.5 inches. I was wondering if any of you 20" wheel guys have done this yet. I have been contemplating buying my own 2wd pat lately and lowering iot on 20's. My issue is this... if you just put lowering springs on it, the spring perch is even closer to rubbing the wheel...

Anyways...if you have done it lets see pictures...

It seems that Spring Plate just messes up everything. Can't lower or raise and put big wheel combo on... REDESIGN, please.

actually the lowering springs will not change the perch in relation to the tire. everything from the perch up will be lower. the only issue i would see is rubbing on the plastic wheel shrouds with wider tires.

Been thinking about doing this one. My biggest hold up was worrying about the tires rubbing because of the width like mentioned above. Id love to do it but not if it involves cutting away my wheel wells. Just not worth it to me.
