I have an 08 Pat sprt. When I hit 3rd and fifth up or down shifting I get a poop noise... is it just the boot breaking in or is it something to do with the gear box???

I have a manual and haven't had this issue. I remember someone esle having the same noise and they just slid the boot down or up on the shifter shaft and the noise went away. Good luck.
