Hello all,
I just ordered my Patriot on Saturday the 10th. They told me 8-10 weeks for delivery. It will be a replacement for the Wifes BMW. I already own a '97 Wrangler. We will be a two Jeep family now. I think I'm going to shed a tear. When I get mine, I'll let you all know how I like it.

Well, I picked up my Patriot yesterday. It's raining out but when I get a chance I'll post pictures.

Sadly no. I finalized the sale around 7:30 last night and had to go home. Then drove to work this AM in a driving rain and have been at work ever since. :(

Well, I had to call out yesterday because the Liberty had to go into the shop for break work. If I could have taken today off, I would have for sure.

Congratulation.I myself can't wait to put my hands on the stearing wheel of this handsome Jeep.If anybody asked me last year for instance if I'll be getting a Jeep I would most definitely answer no [too much $$$,too much gas]but the Patriot is just irresistable.I don't think one can get a better deal on a new car today. And yes,I'm not mentioningthe little Hyundays and Kias.It may sound strange to you but I'm not sure how proudly I would be anouncing to my friends that I just purchased a KIA.
I come from Europe but I always liked the idea of driving an American car and so I never purchased a jap or any other import. But it's exactly the same in Europe where people love to drive American beauties but they just can't afford them most of the time because they are so much more expensive on their domestic european markets.I just looked at some sale prices of the Compass in Europe and they sell for around 24 thousand and up and that's euros ladies and gentlemen. In the Czech Republic for instance the Compass sells for about 700 000 - 800 000 crowns which is roughly US 35 000 $ and up:smiley_thumbs_up: .
Anyways, enjoy your new toy and let us know how everything works and feels about this new Jeep.

Nice, you 've got the same colour as I have ordered.I can only reccomend to you to contact the dealers's parts department and get the door molding which you just glue on into the groove of the door. The Limited comes equiped with this very useful door protection.
And if you want your Patriot to look really cool then get nice Hella or PIAA headlights and mount them on the front bumper,it look really sexy plus it will definitely improve your night vision.Good luck and enjoy your new toy.
