So I bought me Pat about 4 weeks ago now. About 5 days after I bought it, road trip to Missouri. Went to the local hang out by the river, also known as the Grease Rack. The pavement turns into a gravel road and usually any vehicle can take it. Well, because of the flooding, everything was messed up. The first part of the road was fine, but as I got a bit closer to the river, it was small deep gravel. Kind of scared me at first, spinning the tires just inching along, but ended up making it through alright. Then came the flooding. What is normally a dry creek bed was filled with 4 or 5 inches of water, no big deal. After making it through that, I had to stop. The road after the 2nd creek bed had about a 2-3 foot divet on the right side. I wanted to go for it but wasn't sure what the Pat could do. Didn't want to get stuck on my first trip. The rest of the road was flooded about 100 ft. after it so I'm glad I didn't do it. Probably would have had to back up. And the bridge crossing the river, could barely see the it. Water about 1-2 feet above it. Definately fun though. Kind of wish I had gotten the 4x4. Oh well. Have pics too. Will post as soon as I move them from my laptop.
