While nearly.normal.jimmy will forever be known as our first ever "Patriot of The Month" winner, he has yet to send in his write up! I'm sure he's busy, but his contributions to this site and Patriot owners in general are certainly not forgotten!

But, we must move on, so get your nomination in for the voting for May's POTM!

That's right! Now you can nominate a member for having the Patriot of the Month!

There will be an abbreviated nomination process and then the voting will begin! Nominations will be taken until midnight, Sunday, April 27th. Afterwards, the the voting starts (which will include the top four members who received the most nominations)!

Click below to nominate a member!

You may nominate yourself.
You can only be POTM ONCE per year (past winners within 12 months cannot be nominated) >>Past Winners (http://www.jeeppatriot.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=55)<<

I nominated pbxbubba for his work on this post: CLICK (http://www.jeeppatriot.com/forum/showthread.php?t=5976) containing a photo-chopped SEMA Patriot with re-designed bumpers and other mods.

I'll nominate Jeepkid, once he removes all doubt and puts some pics up of his new vehicle...I don 't care if it was taken witha cell phone.

Let's be sure we're taking this contest seriously guys... It's all in fun, but I'd rather you guys not make a complete mockery out of it.

I wouldn't want a few people (and their persistent attacks on a fellow member) to ruin it for everyone else.

Thanks Gaze. Not to disparage anyone, but it would be a shame to make light of those who have really contributed as much as they have, or not recognize them.
Our first PTOM is a fine example of what this should be. And having said that, I would like to put Wades name in the hat for another example of a great PTOM. (the only caveat is he better give me at least 2 shots per side if I ever golf with him! ;) )

I was serious. Jeepkid asked so many questions, and was so excited, trying to decide what colour, what door handles, etc, I think he contributed a lot to the board, and I'd like to see him recognized in a good way for the poo he went through.

but I do want to see a picture of his new ride! Preferable with the chrome door handles installed!

I nominate hvac59 because of his good RR lift tutorial and other stuff:

Really? I'm still convinced that Jeepkid is a bored 12 year old troll.

although a great writeup, and I do miss him, this was so April's nomination! I think the contest should be for the relevant month.

(I mean his thread was written in March, and thusly nominated in April)

I completely diagree... his writeup is still being used by new members monthly and was so good it was actually transfered to the Knowledgebase. How much better can it get? I mean trying to pick colors and other options is great, but will people read that six months from now and still learn? I too am voting for hvac59.

Hvac59's suspension-lifting post was a fantastic contribution. It's too bad he's been so quiet in the last weeks. I hope he didn't leave the forums forever.
