Iīve a question about the husky liner floor mats.
Are they slippery? Someone mentioned it at a different board that they are slippery because they are made out of plastic and not rubber.
Is this true?

No. The underside is covered with small points which grip the carpet. The top is quite "knobby".

They are the best thing for your jeep!!
They are not slippery at all. I get in my jeep everyday with some Army boots and it never happen that I slip in it. I love them and would recommend it to anyone

No, they are not slippery. They are made out of plastic but that isn't a problem. The liners have a checkerboard finish, pretty much identical to the design on the rear hatch floor cover.

I'd say the top part is more slippery than a normal rubber mat, but the bottom is much more secure than a rubber mat since it has teeth that grip to the carpet.

i wonder if they make one with the little hole in it to clip where the factory slush mats clip down.

I doubt they do but you don't need it- with the long points on the bottom of the liners, they're not going anywhere.

Just one more question. Does the driver floor mat cover the death pedal too?
I would like to have something there too.

Yep, it covers that as well, although there isn't a lip around that part like there is around the rest of the mat.

I'm not sure if anyone else answered this, but the liners have a raised indentation that fits over the clip. I just got them about a week ago and love them. They don't move at all and I don't slip at all on them and I wear sneakers to boots to dress shoes. I think they are the best mats money can buy.
Pretty much ditto to the above posts. The Husky Liners will not move around once installed. They are fantastic for keeping mud, snow, etc off the pats floor carpeting, and are pretty much in keeping with the rugged character of the vehicle. However, they are not "luxurious" at all, and they seem more plasticky than rubber - feels a bit like resting your feet in tupperware. The finish is a bit shiny, and the raised "diamond" patterns will scuff from the little stones, sand, and dirt that gets tracked in - still looks good though (at least in black).
