Does anyone know if it is possible to get Cruise Control for my Jeep Patriot Sport 2.0 Diesel. I have wanted to know for a long time, but due to the increased popularity of Patriot in the UK now I thought it might be available.

You simply need to buy a limited patriot and it come with cruise control as standard.

Again mate check with your dealer ---Its a retro fit in USA , so it may well be over here also----Just dont expect it to be cheap!!

the kits are about 200usd just for jeeps have them, come complete with all thats needed, i fitted my sports originaly no extra wirng etc

but does the jeep software need to be 'zapped' after installation?

nope, its one of the few things you can buy genuine thats an addon as such, some US vehicles dont have the wiring but all export vehicles do, having said that the kit does come with the extra wirning to the tipm if the harness hasnt got them...if you understand what i am saying

patriot compass are interchangeable

There's no need to go for the Ltd. A cheaper option is the SPORT PLUS, cruise is standard as is the leather steering wheel and front fogs.

I already have a Patriot so I am not planning to upgrade to a limited or a petrol Sport Plus. Thanks Guys.
