Ive got an 07 Patriot, Auto with 4wdrive.

When I accelerate or drive at around 2200rpm the Jeep bucks a little. Almost like something is slipping or bucking alittle. IF I steady the rpms after the intial bucking I can here a little grinding or rattling noise that sounds like its coming from the front end. Anyone have a solid idea on what it probably is?

Hello, Dan. As much as I hate to say it, that sounds like the PTO. I think theres a few threads on here that deal with that issue.
