Ok guys and gals, I've read a bunch of threads of what people are using to cover the plastic cargo floor. I really liked the gorilla mats but the cost was a big deterent. Last night I picked up a large door mat from Zehrs superstore. It's black with a rubber back. It will need to be trimmed on all sides as it was too big. Only a slight trim from the back seat to the rear hatch, but quit a bit one the sides. Best part was that it was only 8 bucks. Will try to post pics after i trim it up to fit. Should be some time this weekend. So for anyone looking this could be a good option on the cheap, but still look good.

I just cut a piece of carpet the right size. When it gets dirty and gross, I cut a new one and start over.

I've used jepstr67's solution before. I might spring for a real mat if I was feeling flush that day. But y,know, $5 worth of carpet remnants and an X-acto knife will give a pretty good result. :)

Did this tonight... and looks good. Super simple, and it helps with acoustics I noticed.
