took the patriot through the cathedral ranges today

handled all the tracks well very impressed with the 4x4 system

lots of hills/gullies and rocks

sounds like a great trip - black spur is always fun unless there is too much traffic. Have to remember the camera next time. No learnings or just overall impressed? I found myself checking the clearance for the bumper a few times when I went out last.

front bumper is an issue - wheel placement can solve that - have a spotter as well

the 4x4 system is great especially on rocks and sandy sections - no sliding or tailend slides like i'm used to the wrangler in 2wd or high range
will definitely turn of esp next trip
the little crd had no issues climbing hills - even small ruts and rocks
down hills had to touch the brakes a bit
