It looks like a toy frog on wheels.
I must be the only one that thinks these "concept" vehicles look like piss poor enlargements of hot wheels cars: form that has absolutely no function. I find it too bad that instead of having a concept vehicle built as a "testing the waters for design acceptance" most manufacturers seem to just want to make the most outrageous design to get attention. How does making expensive obnoxious crap help you design what people will want in a few years?
