Theres one pic there of the Silver vehicle on the downward incline...looks like they are going to damage the front end or the bottom edge of the bumper.

I've wheeled more than a few places here in North America that were quasi-legal like power line and gas line right of ways. I'd blank out my plates too if I were posting some of my off road photos here :).
