Who all followed the recommend alignment by Rocky- Road and used the camber bolt? I didn’t use the bolts and just did a stock alignment.

I installed the new Camber Bolts with the tab facing straight in and they they didn't need to adjust it. We did a cross between RR specs and the factory ones at the Dealer and everything appears to be fine. About 2500 miles on it since then and no problems.

I installed the camber bolt also, and let the dealer adjust it to the specs recomended by RR, its been almost two weeks, and a little over 500+ miles rides great,

I installed the Cam bolt and the alignment was done to a cross between the stock and RR specs. Rides pretty good (a little bit of what i guess is bump steer, this is the first lift i have put in anything). Going to watch the tires close for weird wear and get it re-adjusted if need be.

Goebel1, Gramps, Quiff 69 would you guys be able to post pictures of your pats? It would really give the rest of us better views of a lifted pat. Maybe, can you do before and after shots? Thanks.

I would recommend aligning the Jeep without the camber bolts first. If you can't get the Jeep to specs then use the camber bolts. When you use these camber bolts they might move over time and change the alignment. Damaging tires and costing more money!

The post-lift one isnt the best. I am going to find somewhere to take some good pics in the near future and post them up here.

Quiff, what are the wheels you put on your rig?

I have just put on the lift from Rocky road, although had little set backs, but fixed them, I have yet to get an alignment...not till monday. But I took it out for a test drive and heard some knocked sound in the right rear any time it gained or decreased weight. Any suggestions?

It's suggested that you recheck the torque on everything after driving. I had a few "clunks" too but they have since gone away. I figure that it was the springs settling back in after being relaxed.

checked on that, think it might be what you said with the springs reseting.

Quiff, what are the wheels you put on your rig?

The are the stock rims from a Liberty, 2001 I think. I plan on burning off the stock rubber in the summer (unless I can sell it) so I got whatever I could for rims to avoid the cost of switching back and for every spring and fall.

I plan on writing up a set of comments on the RR lift install as soon as I get over to my parents to pick up the notes I made when doing it (somehow my garage is full of my dads stuff so he has room in his to work on cars, doesn't seem fair to me). Just things like tools required and apparently when removing the bolt on the rear upper control arm the nut side of it is welded so you have to take out the bolt. Things I would have like to know along the way.

Quiff69, would you be able to post a few detailed pictures on your roof rack and its accessories? By the way, your Patriot rocks!

Quiff69 can you give a description of how you installed the lights on the roof rack, did you have to drill holes?

Ok, i need some help here. My alignment is not working out for me, the truck pulls to the left like mad. Especially at highway speeds. Im going to take it back in and get them to fix it but i would love to see the spec sheets that others got back and are happy with. Can anyone scan in their printout from after the alignment and post it for me to have a look at please?

Thanks a ton.
