Hi - I bought my FD2 light khaki Patriot at Town and Country Jeep. They seemed to have a pretty good selection of them there and I test drove a Surf Blue one and a Jeep Green one. After I heard the 458 watt sound system in the Surf Blue one I wanted a Limited one with the sound system and I went with the light khaki color. I need the Patriot for fishing and hunting (most of the time the roads aren't too bad).

Congratulations on your Patriot purchase! I'll keep an eye out for ya. So far I have seen very few Patriots on the streets of Seattle.

well mine is the one with the Ducks Unlimited stickers on it (like a duck head) and NRA stickers and decal pictures of deer heads - all very tastefully arranged of course

Ok so i had some sterio equipment installed into my jeep a few days ago. Im not sure if they hooked up my door panel on the drivers side correctley, the unlock buttons are not lighting up along with three of the window lights. Now i am not sure they did light up in the first place becouse i have only had my patirot for a few weeks.

Congrats on the new ride :)
As for the lights for the window, that's normal on this vehicle, only the drivers one lights up and the door lock switch does not light either so everything is fine ;)

Howdy. Just bought my Pat on Friday and stumbled upon this website. I did a lot of research before I bought it and I have to say I'm really impressed. You guys know any good site for aftermarket parts? Hope to see you guys out there.

not too many places for aftermarket stuff yet--you can get a K&N replacement air filter, Rocky Road makes a lift kit & rock rails --justforjeeps.com has some mopar items that are cheaper than the dealer. Just don't expect the amount of aftermarket products that the Wrangler gets-there are thousands of items for the Wranglers & CJ's but the Patriot is not designed for hard core offroading -which means less aftermarket goodies.

Hello there. I bought mine from Wilsonville Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep. Pete Barnhouse is a great person to talk to. I live in the Salem area, but I have seen quite a few Patriots on the road.
Hey 09 white commuting Marysville to Seattle every day and I know what a jeep thing is

I just picked up an 08 Limited. Ended up buying it in Enumclaw. I think they use craigslist as their main source of advertising. It's Black with two-tone brown/tan leather interior. I enjoy the acceleration of this 4cyl. and am getting an average of a little over 25mpg on my 1st tank full. Looking forward to seeing others around. You know... as soon as you buy one they start coming out from everwhere.

Just moved up from Texas and also picked up my new pat. I was wondering if there were any good places I need to visit close to Seattle . I had a grand cherokee in Texas and loved to take it to big bend. I was thinking about a off road weekend in the future.

Capitol forest down by Olympia has some ORV trails, old logging roads in the Olympic and Cascade mountains ( call Ranger Station in the area you want to go for conditions since the snow has not melted in a lot of areas) Beverly Dunes south of I-90 by Vantage (eastern half of state )
