I noticed there was no thread for the Mid-West MKs. I am from St. Louis, MO and there is a strong contingency of midwest jeepers; so here's a start to those Patriot owners from the region.
I gotta say the Patriot is a super all-around vehicle for the varied terrain and inclement weather of the mid-west, especially the hilly and rugged ozark region. I work in construction on-site as a project manager and the Patriot has held up great in off-road and construction conditions. I'll post some photos on site with the Pat when I get a chance!
I'm from a Jeep Family, per se. My brother recently turned my old 92 Wrangler into a monster Off-Roader. I'd love to do something like that to the MK but my fiancee wouldn't be too fond of that spectacle in the driveway. I love the Patriot as it is, though. Anyone into camping, hiking and outdoor recreation in the area, hit me up! I am always game.
