Have you logged out, cleared all the cookies from your web browser, and logged back in?

It may just be that you need to do that.

I've noticed that some of the thumbnails are not working, when your in the gallery. Is that normal?

The "Gallery" is old software that really is on life support.

Everyone should be trying to use the "Albums". I know that it is not as easy to see everyone else's pictures but it is the software that will be progressing forward.


Patrioto, I am not sure why you are having difficulty. I see that you were able to create an album. When you try to upload pictures to it, what if any error messages do you see?

I just use " Manage Attachments" Its easy & I'm Lazy!!

yes i try to create an album but then only apears the title and idont find an icon or another way to up load......before it was easy for mi but now the forum not show any error message or display nothing.
in one case apear a small window for up load pics from a url direccion but....i want to up load from my computer and thats is the problem for my...well i try to up load from a url and now... i cant find that small window....may by my mistake i dont know.

Let's try this and tell me where the process stops working:

1. Click on UserCP from the forum menu bar.

2. From the Your Control Panel click Pictures and Albums.

3. You should now see the heading patrioto's albums and the album that you created. Click the Album name.

4. You should now see "Click here to upload pictures!"

5. You will now see the upload page. Pay attention to file sizes.
