Has anybody tried to fit 15" rims on their Patriot???

They will not clear the brake assemblies.

I had the same problem...they did not clear the brake assembly unless spacers were added.

where you buy the good one wheel spacer?

Wouldn't put 15" rims on the Patriot even if they clear the brakes with spacers. Less ventilation for brakes = brakes heat up more = more brake pad wear and disc warpage. Also spacers are outlawed in many countries (like Finland and others in Europe), becouse they tend to make wheel nuts loosen, cause stress to the wrong bits in the suspension and other such issues.

Some Dodge Calibers have 15 x 6 wheels with hubcaps. These wheels should fit, as they share the same brakes and most suspension parts.

15 wheels from a caliber? I still think they won't fit as they will not clear the brake assemblies. Most parts doesn't equal all parts..
