I know the exports have orange turn signals by law but in the US they can be red or orange legally.
Here is the deal, I noticed when I took off my 08 Limited Patriot's rear tail light that the top of the two clear portions was unused and didn't even have a hole for a light to go into it(the bottom was for reverse). I didn't think a whole lot of it until today when I saw a white limited in front of me use his turn signal and it was lit up from the spot where mine had nothing and it was orange. Mine is red and is located in the stop/ tail / turn upper red portion of the tail light. Is the patriot I saw an 07? I am guessing they switched to a single location for stop/turn/taillight to save the money of the extra twist connector for the rear housing?.?. Can anyone confirm this?
