According to a press release by the North America International Auto Show (NAIAS) (Jan.07), Jeep is going to debut a new concept called the Jeep Trailhawk.
From the article:
The Jeep Trailhawkconcept, according to Chrysler, "merges the spectrum of the Jeep brand by combining
the core features of the Jeep Wrangler with the refined sophistication of the Jeep Grand Cherokee."
Derived from the new Wrangler architecture, the Trailhawk concept features a new approach to open-air freedom. The four-door open-air experience is designed around a rigid sport-bar system that features a central spine with removable glass panels. The rear skylight and hinged
backlight are also removable.
The Trailhawk is powered by a 3.0-liter V6 diesel engine and outfitted with upgraded four-wheel-drive hardware. Its name and headlamps are inspired by the bird of prey of the same name.
