I'm trying to find the paint code for my Patriot 2.0 CRD Sport (Silver)

I need to find the code so I can have my parking sensors colour matched before they are fitted.

I have looked around the whole car and under the bonnet with no luck.

Can anyone help me out with this.

I had a quick check & I believe the Brilliant Silver Mettallic paint Code is PS2. However give your dealer a quick ring to verify this.....

Great. I'll give the dealer a ring to check then. God knows where the VIN plate is. Usually cars have a metal plate under the hood I thought.

Ah Ha ---I think the only vin plate on the Pat--Is the one visible through the windscreen!!

Yep it's PS2.

Bought a touch up stick of Ebay and it was PS2.

"S2" is the only Silver on a Patriot.

The paint code is actually only 'S2', not 'PS2'. The "P" only indicates that is the primary color, in this case Silver. If it were a tu-tone, like some Rams, it would have TWO paint codes: R4 for Red and S2 for Silver. The primary code would be proceeded by "P" and the secondary color preceeded by "Q".

This is the CORRECT way to read a Chrysler paint code, in case anyone cares. Probably not.:doh:

...or you could have bought a black Pat and not need to paint anything! :D
On a more serious note, well done guys for coming up with the paint code info for timamb. The last time I had to do that for a rosewood Grand cherokee, the dealer wanted registration, chassis, vin, date of birth, tetanus shots etc it was a ball ache! :doh:
