Any takers? i dont know why it would gear toward just men it seems more like a womens car to me.... i dunno just dosent scream MAN to me it looks like a soccer mom car heck im getting one so i can put kids in it haha can fit a child seat in a 2 door dodge stratus.... silvermike 11-19-2006, 10:07 AM Thanksgiving sounds iffy. I visited the largest dealer in Georgia and the sales manager had not received any sales flashes on a Patriot rollout. As for what sex cars attract...My wife and two girls both liked the Wrangler Unlimited over the Compass. They liked the room, style, and substance of the Wrangler. The interior of a low end Compass did not impress my wife. She also noticed a collection of water on top of the engine cover in a Compass that was sitting outside. This was two days after we had a 3 inch rainfall. I did not drive any. Still awaiting a manual transmission Compass to test drive. X2 From what I gather, DC orginally was only going to produce one MK. But market research was pretty much split down the middle. Males primarily liked the Patriot. Women primarily liked the Compass. So DC went ahead and produced both MK's. Personally I like the Patriot. My wife likes the Compass. If the Compass was marketed more as a rally car I would probably like it better.
