This year the event will be held on Saturday, December 5, 2009 from 10am till 3 pm at Jefferson County Event Center.

Again this year, vendors and their rigs inside the area, bands, prizes, and the state raffle jeep.

All vehicles invited (rock rods, your trailer queens, and your daily drivers, hot rods, muscle cars) bring your ride along with a new unwrapped toy for donation to one of the meeting points listed below and caravan into Jefferson County Event Center to meet up with others from around the State for the Meet and Greet to follow.

Like last year, participants will get tickets for the FREE raffle following a FREE lunch!

Bring a toy and meet up at one of the below locations to join the caravan down to Jefferson County Event Center

Locations: All caravans depart at 10:00 am

Westminster Mall
SE corner near Sheridan and 88th.

Sally's Beauty Supply Shop
SW corner of I-225 and 6th Ave

Home Depot Parking Lot
Arapaho Rd, east of I-25

Southwest Plaza Mall
South side near Sears

From up North:
The Big-T club along with anyone else from Northern Colorado can meet me at the Park-N-Ride on the SW corner of I-25 & Hwy 402 (the south Loveland exit just north of Johnson's Corner).Kerry will be there around 8:00 AM and we will leave promptly at 8:30 AM (Kerry will be in the grey Dodge Ram flat-towing the '73 Jeepster). Our caravan will head south to Longmont and meet the group from the Trailridge Runners at the Park-N-Ride on the SW corner of Hwy 66. The group will then leave that location at 9:00 AM to head straight to the fairgrounds.

Kerry is looking forward to having a HUGE caravan from the north and please try to decorate your rig with lights, signs, etc. to let everyone along the way know who we are and what we are doing! We will be on CB channel 4.

Please email Kerry at kjbjeeper@juno.com if you have any questions on the Northern caravan.

In past years, several of you have cross posted this info on other boards you belong to. Please do so again this year.

As always, we absolutely appreciate everything everyone has done in the past and want to thank you in advance for all of your efforts this year!!!

What a great event! Big turnout at our meeting location, with jeeps of all levels of modification, models, and vintage being present. Of course, lots of toys to donate were present as well! Lunch was provided and they raffled off some cool prizes (we didn't win anything). Got some great information from some of the independent vendors, but not a whole lot out there for the Patriot. We did find out about the sport of ice racing, and a couple emergency response teams which I am particularly interested in.

Ice racing has an "open bare rubber" class and they encourage everyone come http://www.ourgangiceracing.com/Index.html. Perhaps the Rocky MKs will make a go of it...

This event was awesome. We did get some laughs from some of the super modified Wrangler owners, but I laughed back knowing my pocketbook is probably more secure than theirs... Anyway, definitely something you should all look for in your areas. I'd guess we had about 50-60 vehicles in our group (1 of 5) and a total of 3-400 total vehicles that participated.

I wouldn't mind checking out the races!
