ok everyone I recently purchased a REC nav unit because I figured it would be to hard to get a double din unit in. however searching across the internet today I found something on bestkits.com which ive never heard of but they have a double din spacer which will fit inside of the navigation bezel. The only problem is..... i cant figure out how to buy it. It shows on the website that it is $24.95 which I would be more then happy to pay however there is no pay button and I can't find it on any other sites. I havent seen this product at all on any of the other threads in this forum so let me know what you guys know/find out about this. The link is below. I have that bracket however that doesnt fit double dins, it is larger. I am saying there is a bracket that fits inside of that bracket to make it a double din bracket and not the normal larger size REC nav bracket.

Ok ill try to explain it better. I have the navigation bezel and REC radio however I would rather have an aftermarket double din navigation system like the pioneer. These systems wont fit the navigation bezel because the opening is to large (bigger then double din) this product is a spacer which fits inside the hole of the navigation bezel to make it into a true double din opening to install any double din products let me know if your still confused.

Ahhhh OK......gotcha.. I thought you just bought the REC....

Check out a post in the Electronics section labeled 'AVIC D3 in a Compass' or something close to that.

ok everyone I called the 1800 number and found out they dont sell to the public, which is needless to say stupid and a big pain in the.... you know. The phone tells you to go to stingerelectronics.com and use the dealer locator. I did this and found most of the dealers on this site are car stereo installer like for example near me is "boulevard customs". The bad thing about this is I do not think they would sell any of these products to me since they use these for there "custom" installs and probably charge an arm and a leg for them. However I will still make the phone call holefully on monday or tuesday to figure out what I can. I still dont understand how none of these have popped up on ebay or anything since they fit all chrysler, jeep and dodge vehicles and have such a large demand. Let me know if anyone finds out some extra info.
