I'm looking for off-road 215/60R17 tyres with no results. it seems that there aren't such kind of tyres for my new Patriot.
May some of you give me some help?

215/65-17 Goodyear SR-A are the factory optional "offroad" tires.

Be free to get a bit bigger size, like heckler mentioned...

215/65-17 Goodyear SR-A are the factory optional "offroad" tires.

Unfortunately, in Italy tires sizes allowed for a car are specified on the "libretto" (legal document that police request during every routine control, in northern Italy very frequent...).
For Patriot only 215/60R17 is allowed. Any discrepance can lead to confiscation of the vehicle.
So, I'm looking for light off road 215/60R17 tires...
Thanks!

Yokohama Geolandar A/T-S

here in Belgium you can find:
Toyo open country WT 215/60/17 (M+S and really nice in the snow!:smiley_thumbs_up:)
and "police" is ok with the Yokohama geolandar AT (G12) 225/60/17

Marco, I live in anzio, close to rome , and know 2 other guys here that have a pat , they both put bigger tires on the car with no problem from police .
I believe that if you use a 215\65 or 225\60 nobody even will notice ....is a risk but don't think we will be punished for that !!
i guess will follow this way when my tires will be gone ...

ciao

I think I'll do the same thing, but I'll wait next spring... now I prefer to buy four winter tires; there's a good choice for 215/60 R17.
Michelin Latitude Alpin, Cooper Weather Master S/T2 or Nokian WR42 Sport Utility???
Thank's for your hints...
